Ally Sues Kansas City Missouri Man For Past Due Auto Loan
In an attempt to recover $46,000 delinquent loan, Ally Financial sues a Kansas City, MO car owner, James Cronin, who lives in the Nederland area.
The suit was filed on February 29 in Jefferson County District Court.
The lawsuit implied that on June 11, 2009, Cronin bought a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe from a dealership in Kansas City, MO with a loan amount of $61,590.
About one third of the loan payments were already made. Past due amount is $46,206.
The Dallas law firm Beasley, Hightower & Hartmann is representing Ally Financial and is seeking recovery of damages and foreclosure of security interest in the vehicle.
Ally Financial, is the largest lender of auto loans, representing over 6% of auto loans, including a large portion of subprime bad credit auto loans and offers financing through a network of dealerships.
